Yoga nidra

Description of practice

Powerful practice of yoga that helps to train the mind to deep relaxation. While remaining in a state of awareness, the conscious mind is active and the practitioner access to very deep layers of being. This practice allows you to get in touch with our psychic personality which is responsible for everything we do and think.

The practice of yoga nidra takes place on land, well covered and warm. The practitioner does nothing but to stay alert and follow a guide vocal that leads into a deep relaxation.

Should practice yoga nidra with the stomach involved in digestion.
Dining at least three hours before coming to the session.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a warm blanket. The body temperature is lowered in the relaxation.

Suitable for all those who think they need a deep relaxation.
Useful to those who are under stress and tired.
Beautiful pregnant.

This year 2011/12 the practice of yoga nidra will take place in group sessions at the sound of Tibetan bells.
