From 1990 to the 1995 I worked as a volunteer for the AIDS Solidarity Group in Turin.
For the group I helped organize courses, seminars, meetings, conferences, book presentations.
I have personally overseen the project brochure “Handbook of safer sex for lesbians” based on “Safer Sex Handbook for Lesbians, Lesbian AIDS Project, Gay Men’s Health Crisis, Inc. New York (USA), produced in Italy with the collaboration of Informagay, Turin and D.N.A. Bologna.
I personally looked, with Silvana and Silvia Marini Vercelli, the draft translation and dubbing of the film “Well sexy women: a lesbian guide to sexual health”, 1993 – Great Britain, sign: Liz North and Michele Hickson.
I worked at home and in hospital, Amedeo di Savoia Hospital in Turin, nel sharing Prof. Gioannini, as a volunteer doing shiatsu for the sick, with surprising results.
From 1992 to the 1994 I worked for the Association of Milan A77 for the implementation of a project approved by the Ministry of Health relating to services for people living with HIV and sick with AIDS.
On that occasion, I decide to open its doors to members of the Association of alternative medicine and Eastern relaxation techniques and promote the activities of the Association at public facilities in the Municipality of Milan.
Organize seminars with alternative medicine practitioners from different backgrounds: homeopathy, ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Anthroposophy.
For users organize courses of Chinese massage for specific syndromes, immunosuppression inviting the creator, The Chinese doctor Dr.Kuan Hin, former collaborator of Professor. Montagner.
Organize courses biodance, raja yoga, hatha yoga, tai chi chuan.
Organize awareness days to a natural nutrition.
Take the decision to contact the director Turin Daniele Segre for the realization of the film “As before, more than before, t'amerò”, 1995 shot with users of the A77 Association, in co-production with RAI, Italian Radio, programmed on the occasion of World AIDS Day in 1996.
