Foundation Course

The basic course is structured as this year:

 

Intensive Basic Course (CBMTT)

form 60 hours divided into five weekends ( Saturday afternoon and Sunday all day).

At the end of your course you can continue training at a professional level or to propose a full body massage as learned.

Course program

Theory

Introduction to the history of traditional Thai massage, knowledge of anatomy, energy.

Personal approach

Positions, rhythm of breathing, role of the mind, feel their energy, the centering, similarities with yoga: comprehensive training of the practitioner.

Techniques

Learning of a complete base sequence in supine and lateral, location and approach to energy lines.

Who is

The basic course is suitable for all those who wish to learn a sophisticated technique of massage both for amateur and professional purposes.
To all those who are already practicing shiatsu and who wish to integrate their technical adding large stretching and muscle work.

Certificate is provided at the end of the course.
